Formation Status

With roots starting in 2005, the Free Order Fellowship has been a 20 year path of philosophical development, testing theories in culture, and strengthening positions as the world has progressed. Today, formation is moving forward for the organization to accomplishthe core Mission and Purpose, yet still faces issues associated with how the current government systems operate.

The Free Order Fellowship is built on voluntaryism, self-governance, and the rejection of coercion in all its forms. Our structure reflects these values, ensuring that we remain financially independent, philosophically unshaken, and strategically positioned to operate both as a sovereign movement and as a recognized entity within the legal framework of the modern world.

To achieve this, Free Order is structured as both a Limited Liability Company (LLC) and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Each serves a distinct purpose, ensuring that we can expand our mission, protect our principles, and provide multiple avenues for engagement without compromising our core philosophy.

Why an LLC? (The Autonomous Free Order Entity)

The LLC portion of Free Order exists to operate freely in the marketplace, generate revenue for long-term sustainability, and protect Free Order from external financial control.

  • Sovereignty in Business – The LLC ensures that Free Order is not financially dependent on government grants, institutional funding, or external donors who may seek to influence its direction.

  • Protection from State Interference – As a private entity, the LLC can function outside of the constraints that often come with nonprofit regulations, allowing Free Order to engage in commerce, trade, and self-sustaining initiatives.

  • Financial Independence – By generating its own revenue through voluntary transactions, educational programs, and private trade networks, the LLC ensures that Free Order remains uncompromised and fully self-reliant.

Why This Matters: Sovereignty demands financial independence. The LLC ensures that Free Order cannot be financially coerced or controlled by outside forces.

Why a 501(c)(3)? (The Philosophical & Educational Free Order Entity)

The 501(c)(3) nonprofit portion of Free Order exists to provide educational resources, conduct outreach, and preserve knowledge in a legally recognized format that allows for greater engagement and accessibility.

  • Preserving & Spreading Knowledge – The nonprofit ensures that Free Order’s philosophy, history, and teachings are available to all who seek them, allowing for tax-deductible contributions that fund educational materials, community outreach, and mentorship programs.

  • Legitimacy & Legal Recognition – While Free Order rejects state control, operating within legal structures where advantageous allows us to protect our assets, expand our reach, and provide legitimacy to those who seek affiliation without fear of legal repercussions.

  • Public Engagement Without Compromise – The nonprofit provides a way for those who support Free Order’s mission but operate within traditional societal structures to engage without personal or financial risk.

Why This Matters: A movement that preserves wisdom must have a structure to ensure that knowledge is passed down. The nonprofit entity protects Free Order’s educational and philosophical mission, ensuring its longevity.

Balancing Structure & Sovereignty

Operating as both an LLC and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit is not a contradiction—it is a strategic decision to ensure that Free Order remains strong, resilient, and capable of navigating both voluntary and legal systems without compromising its principles.

  • The LLC provides financial independence, allowing Free Order to operate outside of state control.

  • The 501(c)(3) allows for structured education, outreach, and preservation of Free Order philosophy.

  • Both exist in tandem, ensuring that Free Order cannot be financially compromised, legally dismantled, or ideologically diluted.

The state thrives when movements have only one path forward. Free Order thrives because we ensure that no path is closed to us. Through strategy, discipline, and foresight, we operate within the system only where it benefits us—never where it compromises our sovereignty.
